Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an experienced Policy Governance Implementation Lead to drive the adoption of a centralised governance framework within a complex organisation.

You will lead the uplift of policies, procedures and standards, collaborating with policy owners and senior stakeholders to embed consistent governance practices and transition to BAU.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing policy governance frameworks or leading policy uplift initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience working within complex corporate, financial services, investment management, government or similarly regulated environments.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working autonomously across a broad stakeholder group.

Policy Governance Implementation Lead
$745 per day inc. super | Contract until June 2027 | Potential extension

We are seeking an experienced Policy Governance Implementation Lead to support the implementation and embedding of a centralised Policy Governance Framework within a complex organisation.
