Job summary

Goodwin Aged Care is seeking a Policy Coordinator to join the Risk, Policy and Compliance team in the ACT. You will coordinate policy lifecycle from research through to approval, publication and review, ensuring alignment with legislative and organisational requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to draft, review and edit policies, procedures and guidelines.
• An understanding of policy management systems, document control and approval workflows.
• The ability to research and interpret legislative requirements and assess their implications for organisational policies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with managers and subject matter experts.
• A high level of integrity, discretion and attention to detail.
• A commitment to inclusion, cultural respect and person-centred care.
• A current driver’s licence.
