• 7+ years experience in Compliance, Policy Governance, Risk or a related governance function within a large ASX listed organisation.
• Strong understanding of policy frameworks and regulatory obligations.
• Experience operating within a large, complex organisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the enterprise Compliance Policy Governance Framework.
• Oversee policy development, review, approval and maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance policies and standards remain aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen governance practices and accountability.
• Support governance reporting and committee forums.
• Drive policy framework enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audit, assurance and regulatory reviews.
