Job summary

EML in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our NSW Police team and manage a full portfolio of workers’ compensation claims. You will support injured workers to return to work safely and promptly with empathy and collaboration.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and a commitment to helping people regain their lives after injury or illness. After probation, hybrid work options are available, with flexible roster or 9-day fortnight choices, to support

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service and building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage relationships with injured workers, employers and external partners.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving to support return-to-work outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, including physical and psychological injuries.
• Collaborate with injured workers, NSW Police Force, and external stakeholders to return to work safely and promptly.
• Work with Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement return-to-work plans.
