Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced PMO Support Officer in Melbourne to help implement a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system. The 12-week contract focuses on data cleansing, migration prep, and governance alignment across portfolios.

You will support data validation, system configuration, testing, and the mapping of existing governance processes to the new platform, with emphasis on delivering timely project health insights.

Qualifications

• PMO, project office or governance experience.
• Experience supporting project and portfolio reporting and governance.
• Good understanding of project lifecycle management and governance principles.
• Experience supporting a system implementation, transformation or business improvement project.
• Experience developing or improving business processes.
• Victorian Government or broader public sector experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with PPM systems and Power BI dashboard/report development is highly desirable.
