Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Burwood East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major digital transformation program on a 3-month contract. You will operate within the PMO to drive governance, schedules, budgets and delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will manage risks, dependencies and executive reporting while coordinating stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful outcomes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering medium to large technology projects.
• Strong governance, PMO and project controls experience.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, budgets and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within complex environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets and reporting
• Manage project controls including risks, issues, changes, actions and lessons learned
• Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality and benefits
• Coordinate governance activities, steering committees and reporting forums
• Support project assurance activities including health checks, reviews and stage gates
• Manage project dependencies, milestones and delivery sequencing
• Prepare briefings, reports, governance papers and executive submissions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and project teams
• Lead and coordinate project activities to support successful delivery outcomes
