Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large technology initiatives within a highly regulated environment. Based in Melbourne, the role sits in an established PMO and focuses on governance, controls and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.

The role requires delivering on schedules, budgets and benefits while navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Competenze

Proven Project Management experience delivering medium to large technology projects.
Strong governance, PMO and project controls experience.
Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Strong written communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
Ability to manage competing priorities within complex project environments.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating project resources.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets and reporting
Manage project controls including risks, issues, changes, actions and lessons learned
Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality and benefits
Coordinate governance activities, steering committees and reporting forums
Support project assurance activities including health checks, reviews and stage gates
Manage project dependencies, milestones and delivery sequencing
Prepare briefings, reports, governance papers and executive submissions
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and project teams
Lead and coordinate project activities to support successful delivery outcomes
