Ku-ring-gai Council is seeking a dynamic PMO Analyst to support planning, governance and portfolio performance across a 4-year plan. You will deliver data-driven insights to senior leaders, shape investment decisions and coordinate project delivery to ensure sustainable outcomes.

The role emphasises governance, reporting and cross-team collaboration within a flexible working arrangement, including WFH options, and a permanent full-time appointment in Sydney's northern suburbs.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or demonstrable PMO experience with governance, reporting and delivery experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle frameworks and governance processes.
• Class C driver’s licence is preferred as part of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain Council’s project delivery program with accurate tracking.
• Support governance and portfolio management, optimisation of investments.
• Develop and review business cases aligned with strategic objectives.
• Analyse data and present insights to senior leaders.
• Coordinate planning across the 4-year delivery plan with budgets and resources.
• Monitor performance, risks and financial outcomes with timely reporting.
