Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Comfortable with stock control and daily routines.
• Eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations at Fountain Gate.
• Support leaders with floor moves, displays and seasonal setups.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with regulars.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs as part of the team.
• Represent Lorna Jane with energy and professionalism on the floor.
