Responsibilities

• Be the go-to for day-to-day store operations—stock control, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Assist with visual merchandising standards and floor moves, displays, and seasonal setups.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and ensure every customer is assisted.
• Support Store Leader to achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing individually and with the team.
• Build relationships with regular customers and represent the brand on the floor.
