Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Platform Sales Manager for AVEVA CONNECT in Australia. The role drives ARR growth, shapes market strategy, and leads enterprise SaaS sales across Brisbane and Perth.

You will define how the CONNECT platform is brought to market, build customer value, and influence go-to-market motions. As an enterprise seller, you will prospect strategically, manage stakeholder coalitions, and close complex SaaS deals while expanding accounts post-sale.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or Cloud software roles.
• Proven track record owning ARR targets and closing complex deals.
• Strong sales acumen: territory planning, value-based selling, stakeholder mapping.
• Experience selling into asset-intensive industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Own ARR achievement for a portfolio of target accounts.
• Identify and qualify use-case opportunities for CONNECT platform products.
• Engage VP+ and cross-functional stakeholders to build buying coalitions.
• Drive and close new SaaS/Cloud platform deals with land-and-expand.
• Influence post-sale expansion and roadmap feedback.
