Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Platform Sales Manager for the CONNECT Platform in Australia. You will drive ARR growth by selling the CONNECT platform to enterprise accounts, defining market access, and leading cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and customer success teams.

The role focuses on building and executing a winning sales strategy, enabling platform adoption, and shaping the go-to-market motion to deliver measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or Cloud software.
• Proven track record owning and delivering against ARR targets and closing complex deals.
• Experience selling into asset-intensive industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales/tools.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial outcomes including pipeline, opportunity progression, and ARR for target accounts.
• Identify and qualify use-case opportunities for CONNECT platform products.
• Engage stakeholders to build buying coalitions across VP+ levels.
• Close SaaS/Cloud platform deals with land-and-expand strategy.
• Negotiate terms aligned with value, usage, and strategic fit.
