Job summary

Sharp and Carter leads a site-based planning function at a large regional Queensland heavy-industrial processing plant. The role manages a team of planners aligned to plant sections, working with the Shutdown Manager, engineering and maintenance leadership.

Credibility on the floor with trades is essential as priorities shift with operations. The position offers potential progression to senior maintenance leadership, with a mature SAP setup, KPI suite, and a skilled workforce.

Qualifications

• Maintenance planning, scheduling and team leadership in a heavy-asset environment.
• Strong SAP/CMMS skills including planning master data and KPI reporting.
• Experience planning and supporting major shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and provide continuity for the planning team.
• Own maintenance planning and scheduling across a complex site.
• Plan and support delivery of five to six shutdowns each year.
• Embed and sustain planning disciplines and KPI routines.
