Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for our Bringelly, NSW site to develop and coordinate maintenance plans that maximise reliability and minimise downtime. You will work with maintenance, production, engineering, contractors, and suppliers to drive scheduling, resource coordination, and continuous improvement across the plant.

You will manage preventive, predictive, and shutdown activities, support major plant initiatives, and ensure data integrity within SAP and related planning

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Planner in manufacturing or similar.
• Strong planning and scheduling knowledge.
• Advanced SAP maintenance planning experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing preventative, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance performance metrics and reliability.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance service providers.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise preventive, predictive, corrective and shutdown maintenance plans.
• Coordinate maintenance work by planning labour, materials, and permits.
• Lead major shutdowns, capital works, and asset onboarding projects.
• Manage SAP maintenance systems, assets, and work orders.
• Monitor performance, analyse metrics, and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, procurement and contractors.
