Job summary

Ulan Surface Operations Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to lead safe maintenance planning across CHPP and related areas. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will develop maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate planned work to maximise plant availability.

The role requires mechanical trade or tertiary qualifications, strong SAP/Project skills, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trade or tertiary qualifications.
• Experience maintaining Coal Handling Plants and related infrastructure.
• Proven experience with Project and SAP is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and Asset Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilise the CMMS and Maintenance Work Management Process to safely execute planned and unplanned maintenance.
• Coordinate statutory testing, inspections, tagging and high-safety equipment testing.
• Analyse condition monitoring, inspections, hazard identification and failure analysis; advise on corrective actions.
• Develop isolation permits for planned outages to ensure safe completion.
• Maintain maintenance strategies for assets and optimise resource use.
• Plan and coordinate activities to meet budgets, forecast, plant availability and efficient resource use.
