Job summary

Novita in Kadina is seeking a capable leader to coordinate high-quality supports for people with disabilities, guiding a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers. You will develop person-centred plans, maintain documentation, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and service partners.

The role focuses on leadership, program development, and incident management to ensure safe, compliant services and ongoing improvement for regional communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage rosters, shift coverage and timesheet approvals to maintain service continuity

About the Role

In this leadership position, you’ll play a key part in coordinating high-quality supports that genuinely support people to thrive.

Lead, coordinate and deliver Individualised high-quality support

Develop person‑centred support plans and ensure goals are regularly reviewed

Lead, coach and mentor a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to deliver outstanding outcomes

Manage rosters, shift coverage and timesheet approvals to maintain service continuity

Maintain accurate documentation, case notes and client records

Education & Qualifications

You’ll meet the essential requirements to support safe, effective service delivery.

You will hold:

Degree in a relevant discipline (Disability Studies, Community Development, Education, or related field), OR Diploma in Community Services combined with substantial relevant experience, OR Relevant Industry Experience consistent with the SCHADS Level 5 qualification expectation

Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR

Current SA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
