We're seeking a passionate andrelationship-focused Placement Support worker to join ourRockhampton team. In this rewarding role, you'll be at the heart ofsupporting foster care placements, helping carers feel confidentand well-equipped while ensuring children receive the care,advocacy and support they need to reach their fullpotential.

Whatwill a typical day look like?

• Engage with carersto support children in all aspects of life, at home and in thewider community.
• Useobservational and evaluation skills to contribute to theassessment of children and carers needs.
• Workcollaboratively with Child Safety Services, community agenciesand elders to establish and maintain sound workingrelationships.
• Provide on callservices through a scheduled roster.
