Job summary

Better Rehab in Australia is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our clinician-led team at the Cockburn Central office. You’ll support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in homes, clinics, and community settings, with referrals and expert supervision.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

• New Graduate (Must hold AHPRA) to 5 years post grad experience.

• Based at Cockburn Central office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied caseload allocated through referrals.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships with clients.
• Receive 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and multidisciplinary support for complex cases and development.

What You’ll Do

This role will be based at our Cockburn Central office.you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Cockburn Central office has a team of 26 clinicians with a make up of:

11 OT's, 3 Speech Pathologist's, 4 Physiotherapist's, 3 Exercise Physiologist's, 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
