What You’ll Do

Based in Bella Vistayou’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Bella Vista office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of:

• 4 OT's, 4 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

We work across both the NDIS, Rehab in the Homeand Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload.

This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
