Better Rehab is offering a Graduate Physiotherapist program in Melbourne, supporting your first steps in a clinical career with real structure, mentorship and flexible practice across community and clinic settings.

You will receive a graduate-specific induction, 1:1 supervision, six months of induction and upskilling, and strong supervision as you grow within a national clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy qualification; graduating in 2026 or January 2027.
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

The Role

Working in Surrey Hills, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Spinal cord injuries
• Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Motor Neuron Disease

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long‑term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
