Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a clinician-led professional to support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in an environment offering auto nomy and flexible work arrangements.

You’ll be based in Springwood with a multidisciplinary team, supervision, and a focus on real outcomes. Enjoy autonomy over your schedule, with options for work-from-home and local travel across 30+ Australian locations.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration required (Core or above)
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal for this space
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience within Behaviour Support

What You’ll Do

Based atour Springwood, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Springwood office has a team of 16 clinicians with a make up of:

6 OT's, 5 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Allied Health Assistant and 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
