Job summary

Better Rehab in Brisbane-based Springwood is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a clinician-led team delivering NDIS support across homes, clinics, and community settings. Enjoy flexibility with structure, autonomy over your calendar, and tailored supervision.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration current.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years post grad experience.

Responsibilities

• Based in Springwood, support NDIS participants across a varied caseload.
• Work across homes, clinics and community settings, building long-term relationships.
• Backed by 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

Based in the Springwood you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Springwood office has a team of 16 clinicians with a make up of:

6 OT's, 5 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Allied Health Assistant and 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
