Better Rehab is launching a Graduate Physiotherapist program in Hobart to start your physiotherapy career with real support and flexibility. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team and deliver participant-led therapy across homes, clinics and community spaces.

You’ll receive structured supervision, a graduate induction, paid study leave and modern equipment, with career growth and national opportunities across 30+ locations.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027).
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, WorkingWithChildren Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

The Role

Working across Hobart, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6-65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Spinal cord injuries
• Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Motor Neuron Disease

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
