Better Rehab is seeking a Physiotherapist based in Penrith, NSW to support NDIS participants with a broad caseload across clinic, home, and community settings.

You will have autonomy over your diary with 1:1 supervision and monthly group supervision, plus a comprehensive training path to grow in your physiotherapy journey.

What You’ll Do

Based in Penrith you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Penrith office has a team of 15 clinicians with a make up of:

• 5 OT's, 4 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 3 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

We work across both the NDIS, Rehab in the Home and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload.

This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Full AHPRA registration
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• New Graduate (must hold AHPRA registration) to 5 years post grad experience
