Job summary

Better Rehab, a clinician-founded and clinician-led practice in Sydney, offers real flexibility with diary control across community, clinic and work‑from‑home options. You’ll have supervision tailored to you and the freedom to focus on quality care.

Based in Macquarie Park, you’ll work with NDIS participants across a varied caseload, supported by 1:1 supervision and a multidisciplinary team, with clear pathways for development and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration is required.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• 2 to 5 years post grad experience.

What You’ll Do

Based in our Macquarie Park office,,you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Macquarie Park office has a team of 16 clinicians with a make up of:

• 7 OT's
• 2 Speech Pathologist's
• 2 Physiotherapist's
• 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's
• 1 Allied Health Assistant

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
