RBWH Foundation is seeking a dynamic Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to lead major gifts and corporate partnerships, strengthening strategy, forecasting and portfolio discipline. You’ll mentor a specialist team and build sustainable donor pipelines.

Based in Queensland with hybrid work up to 2 days per week, this mission-led role supports transforming patient care and research through generous giving.

Qualifications

• Accomplished fundraiser with a track record in major/principal gifts.
• Ability to develop trust with senior donors and stakeholders.
• Strong evidence-based fundraising approach with clear moves management.

Responsibilities

• Develop major gift opportunities and grow a sustainable donor portfolio.
• Lead a specialist team across major gifts, gifts in wills and multicultural fundraising.
• Strengthen strategy, forecasting and portfolio discipline.
• Inherit and expand corporate partnership opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to secure transformational gifts.
