Job summary

Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia is seeking a strategic Head of Individual Giving to lead Gifts in Wills and grow income from major donors and philanthropy. You will guide a team and collaborate with the CEO, operations, and marketing to strengthen supporter engagement and ensure impact is demonstrated.

You will develop fundraising strategies, manage budgets and data-driven insights, and drive income growth while upholding ethical donor stewardship across all channels.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in senior individual giving or philanthropy.
• Proven success growing Gifts in Wills or bequest programs.
• Experience securing major gifts through cultivation and solicitation.
• Experience with appeals and regular giving programs.
• Experience leading a team and managing budgets.
• Excellent relationship and communication skills; ability to engage sensitive donor matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across PCFA's individual fundraising activities.
• Oversee Gifts in Wills bequest program and bequest pipeline.
• Identify, cultivate and secure major gifts from individuals and funds.
• Lead appeals, donor acquisition, regular giving and retention.
• Develop strategies, budgets, and reporting; ensure compliance and data insights.
