Job summary

DKSH Healthcare Australia is expanding its Pharmacy Sales team in Sydney, inviting a commercially driven sales professional to own relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy teams across the Sydney North territory.

You will educate on healthcare products, drive sales and visibility, and manage the territory autonomously while contributing to a supportive national team. Sydney living with full work rights preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably within pharmacy.
• A strong understanding of the pharmacy environment and customer needs.
• Territory management experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage your time effectively and achieve targets.
• A positive, adaptable and team-oriented approach.
• Currently living in Sydney, with full working rights and a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy teams across your territory
• Educate and engage pharmacy stakeholders on a range of healthcare products
• Drive sales, brand awareness and product visibility within pharmacies
• Deliver engaging product education and utilise promotional materials and programs effectively
• Identify opportunities to grow brands and maximize their presence in pharmacy
• Manage your territory autonomously while working closely with a supportive national team
• Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment
