DKSH Healthcare is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and performance of ethical pharmaceutical products in Australia. This role blends brand leadership, commercial strategy and people management, overseeing key marketing initiatives while directly guiding a small sales team.

You will develop brand plans, drive HCP engagement, analyse market insights and lead launches with cross-functional partners to maximise patient access and commercial success.

Formación

• Background in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices or regulated healthcare industries.
• Strong understanding of HCP engagement and the Australian healthcare landscape.
• Proven track record in developing and executing commercial marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and industry codes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives.
• Drive product growth through effective HCP engagement and omnichannel campaigns.
• Analyse market, customer and competitor insights to guide decisions.
• Lead product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Market Access teams for compliant execution.
• Manage promotional campaigns, content development and customer communications.
• Build relationships with HCPs, KOLs and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and forecast accuracy; optimize results.
• Oversee marketing budgets and contribute to forecasting and planning.
• Coach and develop a small sales team to align brand strategy with field execution.
