Chemist Outlet Lismore is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant / Retail Manager to join our team. This full-time role combines hands-on pharmacy retail responsibilities with day-to-day store management.

You will lead a friendly team, deliver outstanding customer service, manage stock and merchandising, and help create a welcoming, compliant store environment for the local community.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy assistant experience.
• Previous retail management or team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and upskill.
• Proactive problem-solving in store operations.

Responsabilités

• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their pharmacy and retail needs
• Leading and supporting the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service
• Maintaining stock levels, merchandising and store presentation
• Supporting store operations and compliance with policies
• Creating a welcoming environment with the pharmacy team
