Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace OHS standards are maintained.
• Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
• Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
• Assist with staff recruitment, training, retention and development.
• Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.
• Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal gaps.
• Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.
• Continuously enhance team performance and provide team member feedback.
