Sigma Healthcare is seeking a capable Training Coordinator to support our Pharmacy retail teams across Australia. Based at our Preston area or equivalent, you will coordinate face-to-face training and create practical resources to enhance product knowledge, sales capability and customer service across store teams.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in pharmacy retail is required.
• Professional experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence delivering training to varied audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and time management with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute within a team.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint experience is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the coordination and delivery of face-to-face training programs with suppliers, educators and internal teams.
• Develop engaging training materials and practical resources that build product knowledge and sales capability.
• Partner with Marketing, Buying and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and address knowledge gaps.
• Align training content with commercial objectives to improve in-store sales performance.
• Build strong supplier and educator relationships to plan and facilitate product education initiatives.
• Analyse sales data, performance metrics and training outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Use feedback and results to improve future training and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain effective relationships with stores and colleagues across the business.
• Follow company policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
