Job summary

Advantage Pharmacy Warragul (VIC) is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our community-focused pharmacy and continue delivering excellent healthcare outcomes. As part of Prime Pharmacy Group, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, mentor the team, drive professional services including vaccinations and sleep apnea programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the role

Collaborate and work alongside an experienced Retail Manager who brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes, providing valuable support and leadership as you settle into the role and ongoing.

As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and effective day-to-day operation of the pharmacy while leading, coaching and developing a committed team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer and patient care

• Leading and expanding professional services, including vaccinations and sleep apnea programs

• Ensuring compliance with all professional, legislative and QSPP requirements

• Supporting, mentoring and developing pharmacists, dispensary technicians and pharmacy assistants

• Creating a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

• Managing pharmacy operations to ensure outstanding customer experiences and business outcomes

• Working closely with the wider business to drive service excellence, innovation and community engagement

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a registered Pharmacist with AHPRA and eligible to act as PIC

• Has previous leadership or management experience within community pharmacy

• Demonstrates strong people leadership and team engagement skills

• Has a passion for professional services and patient-centred care

• Is confident delivering and promoting vaccination and sleep apnea programs, or is eager to further develop in these areas

• Builds trusted relationships with customers, healthcare professionals and the broader community

• Leads with integrity, accountability and a genuine care for people
