Job summary

All Natural Vet Care in Sydney’s Russell Lea is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist for a permanent part-time role (2–3 days per week). You’ll be the friendly first contact for clients and their pets, coordinating appointments and payments while supporting the clinic team with day-to-day operations.

Experience in customer service is valued; familiarity with EzyVet is a bonus. The role offers a supportive team, no after-hours shifts, and opportunities to learn about integrative veterinary medicine.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to make clients feel heard.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable with a wide range of people.
• Genuine interest in animal health and welfare.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience in veterinary reception is a plus; familiarity with EzyVet is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets as the first point of contact.
• Manage phone calls, emails, enquiries and appointment bookings.
• Handle client accounts and payments.
• Support veterinarians and nursing team with daily coordination.
• Keep reception and front-of-house area organised and welcoming.
• Assist with general administration and occasional social media tasks.
• Occasionally handle patients.
