Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working in the veterinary industry in a reception, nursing, or client-focused role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Macquarie Vetz Animal Centre is seeking a friendly, experienced, and compassionate Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. If you are passionate about animal care, enjoy working with people, and have experience in the veterinary industry, we would love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will play an important role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every visit is a positive experience.

About the role:

• Welcoming clients and providing professional, compassionate customer service

• Part-time position
• Monday to Thursday availability
