Job summary

Bureau Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Manager to own a multiyear Capital Improvement Plan for a waterfront-based organisation in Perth. You’ll manage budgets, briefs, procurement, and delivery across infrastructure, buildings, equipment, and compliance, while coordinating with contractors on an active site.

You'll report to the CFO and work with the CEO to keep projects on track from brief to handover. This role blends on-site oversight with strong financial and governance oversight.

Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement and contractor management experience.
• A good working knowledge of AI and how to use it in project management to work efficiently.
• A willingness to operate across an active building and marine site with hands-on site investigation.
• A formal project management qualification would be welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and business cases for capital projects.
• Brief and manage consultants, contractors and technical specialists.
• Run quotations and tenders and recommend the right option.
• Coordinate works around an operating site and manage variations.
• Present monthly progress to the Board or Committee and ensure compliance.
