Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Project Manager to lead critical water infrastructure projects across remote Pilbara operations. Based in Perth with Balcatta onsite involvement, the role covers end-to-end delivery including planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

You will oversee two major capital projects: replacing an operational potable water network and designing/commissioning a new wastewater treatment plant servicing an accommodation village.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering water, wastewater, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project leadership and contractor management skills.
• Experience in remote, mining or industrial environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk and reporting.
• Oversee engineering consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Develop construction and commissioning strategies in live operating environments.
• Manage site interfaces with operations, maintenance and village teams.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Drive contractor performance and commercial outcomes.
• Facilitate governance, approvals and handover activities.
