Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Crown Perth's Property Design & Development team. You will lead complex capital projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, programs, risks and quality across new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments.

You will oversee tendering, contractor performance and governance while coordinating diverse stakeholders in a live operation. A engineering/PM degree and Primavera/Aconex familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years’ experience delivering complex capital projects.
• Experience across new build, fit-out, refurbishment and/or brownfield projects.
• Experience managing Tier 1–3 contractors in live environments.
• Strong commercial capability across budgets, variations, contracts and procurement.
• Advanced programming and scheduling; Primavera experience advantageous.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related discipline; PM systems such as Aconex.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects from brief through procurement, construction and completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, programs, critical paths, variations and delivery risks.
• Lead contractor and supplier tendering, evaluation, negotiation and appointments.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders across complex environments.
• Oversee construction delivery, approvals, safety, quality and contractor performance.
• Lead project governance and reporting, identify and resolve delivery risks.
