Job summary

Crown Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects within our Property Design & Development team. You’ll guide projects from brief through procurement, construction and completion, with accountability for program, budget, risk, safety and quality.

You will manage cross-functional stakeholders, negotiate with contractors, and ensure live operations are not disrupted while delivering new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years’ experience delivering complex capital projects in building and construction.
• Experience across new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments and/or brownfield work.
• Proven ability managing Tier 1-3 contractors and multiple projects in live operations.
• Strong commercial capability with budgets, variations, contracts and procurement.
• Advanced scheduling capability; Primavera experience advantageous.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related discipline; familiarity with Aconex.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects from brief to procurement, construction and completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, programs, critical paths, variations and risks.
• Lead tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contractor appointments.
• Manage consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders across complex environments.
• Oversee delivery, approvals, safety, quality and contractor performance.
• Lead governance, reporting and risk mitigation for on-time delivery.
