Job summary

Crown Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects within the Property Design & Development team. You will oversee new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on program, budget, risk, safety and quality.

Responsibilities include managing cross‑functional stakeholders, supervising contractors and consultants, and driving governance and reporting to mitigate delivery risks in live environments.

Qualifications

8–10+ years’ experience in building and construction.
Experience with new builds, fit‑outs, refurbishments and brownfield projects.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple capital projects from brief through procurement, construction and completion.
Develop and manage budgets, programs, critical paths, variations and delivery risks.
Lead tendering, evaluation, negotiation and appointment processes for contractors and suppliers.
Manage consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders across complex project environments.
Oversee construction delivery, approvals, compliance, safety, quality and contractor performance.
Lead project governance and reporting, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
