Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of two major water infrastructure capital projects across remote Pilbara operations. Based in Perth, you will oversee planning, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring uninterrupted essential services.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk; lead consultants and contractors; and ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance while traveling to remote sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering water, wastewater, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project leadership and contractor management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to remote Pilbara sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk and reporting.
• Oversee engineering consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Develop and execute construction and commissioning strategies in live operating environments.
• Manage site and stakeholder interfaces, including operational, maintenance and village teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Drive contractor performance and commercial outcomes.
• Facilitate project governance, approvals and handover activities.
