Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide a team of participants and support workers.
• Coordinate day-to-day rostering and scheduling.
• Build positive relationships with participants and families.
• Provide coaching and day-to-day support to staff.
• Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and team communications.
• Work with senior leaders on service improvements.
