Infosys is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner based in Perth, Western Australia, to support employees across Australia and partner with the ANZ HR Manager. You will contribute to a range of HR activities and drive regional HR projects in a collaborative, global environment.

The role requires 3–4 years of HR Generalist experience, strong employee relations skills, and capability to work across time zones. Location: Perth with a supportive, inclusive team culture.

Competenze

• Experience in handling end-to-end employee relations issues within a lifecycle
• Experience coaching managers and enabling leadership capability
• Experience working in a multicultural, international setting and across time zones
• Strong HRIS and MS Office proficiency
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related field

Mansioni

• Coordinate onboarding for new employees with business/operations teams
• Execute and support performance management programs and appraisal cycles
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Design and deploy rewards and recognition initiatives for the location
• Manage end-to-end HR processes including HRIS maintenance and analytics
• Support HR lead to close employee issues with offshore delivery teams
• Prepare and publish HR reports on initiatives and solutions
• Contribute to HR projects to improve organizational effectiveness
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in line with policy and law
