• Provide operational HR business partnering support to WA Managers and Superintendents.
• Coach leaders to manage performance, conduct and attendance.
• Partner on talent, succession and development planning to build capability.
• Provide practical leadership coaching to create safe, inclusive teams.
• Support workforce planning and diversity initiatives.
• Identify people risks and escalate complex matters with COE HR teams.
