Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking a junior HR Business Partner based in Perth to join a collaborative HR team. You will support employees across Australia, partnering with leaders to deliver HR services and initiatives.

You will report to the ANZ HR Manager and contribute to HR operations, engagement and organisational development with involvement in regional projects. A flexible hybrid work setup is offered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong experience managing employee relations across the lifecycle.
• Proven ability to coach and support managers on HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and induction processes.
• Manage performance review cycles and provide coaching to managers.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, rewards and recognition initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end HR support across the lifecycle, including HRIS, reporting and exits.
• Manage employee relations matters and workplace issues.
