Job summary

Hearing Australia in Perth is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to manage the logistical coordination and administration of outreach visits. This onsite role will work closely with clinical staff and communities to ensure smooth delivery of services for children and adults who need us.

You’ll roster staff availability, be the primary contact for internal and external enquiries, confirm trip dates with communities, handle invoicing and receipting, and support safety processes with the Work Health

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation skills and ability to deliver outputs collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culture.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Roster staff availability for outreach trips.
• Primary contact for internal and external enquiries regarding outreach visits and services.
• Confirm outreach trip dates with communities and stakeholders.
• Invoicing and receipting as required.
• Liaise with Manager and WHS team to assess hazards on outreach trips and re-evaluate, minimise risks, cancel or reschedule if necessary.
• Engage in hazard or incident reporting via Hearing Australia processes.
