Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to manage the logistical coordination and administration of outreach visits in Perth. This onsite, permanent full-time role partners with clinicians and communities to ensure timely outreach trips and accurate invoicing.

You will roster clinical staff, be the primary contact for inquiries, confirm trip dates, assess hazards with WHS, and contribute to incident reporting, delivering services with a strong focus on First Nations engagement and

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms (team, remote, independent).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Roster clinical staff availability for outreach trips.
• Primary contact for enquiries related to outreach visits and services.
• Confirm outreach trip dates with communities and stakeholders.
• Invoicing and receipting as required.
• Liaise with Manager and WHS to assess and monitor hazards on outreach trips, re-evaluate and adjust trips as needed.
• Participate in reporting hazards or incidents via Hearing Australia processes.
