Zusammenfassung

Wood is seeking a Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer for its Perth Mining & Mineral group. The role supports decarbonisation efforts with high‑value projects, offering leadership across design, calculations, and deliverables.

You will mentor engineers, interact with construction teams, and manage scope, budgets and schedules on major assets. Based in Perth CBD, the position provides an onsite gym and end-of-trip facilities, with a pathway to contract extension.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with high‑value engineering centres and engineering consultancy environments.
• Knowledge of codes and standards (AS, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API).

Aufgaben

• Develop and review engineering design deliverables, calculations and specifications.
• Provide technical and commercial direction to engineers on design quality, schedules and budgets.
• Act as the key link between project team and engineering discipline group.
• Provide support to onsite construction teams and estimating department.
• Mentor graduate engineers and discipline staff.
