Job summary

Worley in Perth is seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to lead a team of civil engineers and designers on major mining, energy and infrastructure projects. You will own technical delivery and manage client expectations across local and global teams.

You will supervise design work, mentor junior engineers, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate across disciplines to deliver on time and within budget. This role offers flexible hybrid working from the Perth office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering and 15+ years’ civil design experience in mining/energy/infrastructure.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams on high‑complex projects.
• Good knowledge of 3D modelling and drafting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil engineers and designers to deliver civil services on time and within budget.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables including earthworks and pipelines.
• Coordinate with global offices and cross‑discipline teams.
