Job summary

Worley in Perth is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to lead a civil design team across mining and energy projects. You will supervise practitioners, ensure quality deliverables, and coordinate with Worley offices worldwide to meet client needs.

Based in our Perth office with flexible hybrid work options, the role demands extensive experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex packages on schedule and to standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or relevant degree.
• 15+ years' experience in civil engineering design in mining, energy and/or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil engineers and designers to deliver services on time and within budget.
• Produce high-quality technical deliverables including earthworks, roads and pipelines.
• Provide technical supervision and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with global Worley offices and clients to meet requirements.
• Manage resource allocation across portfolios and ensure effective utilization.
• Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
